Red Chili Tartar Sauce

mayonnaise, olive oil blend 2 cups
eggs whole boiled rough chopped 3 each
capers 2 tablespoons
mustard dijon plain 1 tablespoon
sour cream 1 tablespoon
shallots, chopped fine 1 tablespoon
pickle, gherkin no seeds chopped fine 3 tablespoons
cilantro fresh chopped fine no stems 1/2 tablespoon
tuong sriracha sauce 1/4 cup



  1.  In a large bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for 1 minute
  2. USING A RUBBER scrape down the edges of the bowl AND TRANSFER into a small GLASS OR PLASTIC  container
  3. cover with a lid, label, date and refrigerate
