SOULICIOUS: Chef Andre’s Red Chili Tartar Sauce

Red Chili Tartar Sauce
| Ingredients: | |
| mayonnaise, olive oil blend | 2 cups |
| eggs whole boiled rough chopped | 3 each |
| capers | 2 tablespoons |
| mustard dijon plain | 1 tablespoon |
| sour cream | 1 tablespoon |
| shallots, chopped fine | 1 tablespoon |
| pickle, gherkin no seeds chopped fine | 3 tablespoons |
| cilantro fresh chopped fine no stems | 1/2 tablespoon |
| tuong sriracha sauce | 1/4 cup |
PROCEDURE:
- In a large bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for 1 minute
- USING A RUBBER scrape down the edges of the bowl AND TRANSFER into a small GLASS OR PLASTIC container
- cover with a lid, label, date and refrigerate
