Two men have been arrested as suspects in the shocking murder of 23-year-old youth pastor Oscar Duncan in Venice Beach, Calif.

Kevin Dwayne Green, a 28-year-old black male, was arrested on June 8, and Hopeton Bereford Parsley, a 22-year-old black male, was arrested on June 9, the LA Weeklyreports. Green has no option for bail, while Parsley is being held under $1 million bail. Mug shots will not be released in order to preserve the integrity of eyewitness testimonies.

A $50,000 reward was announced last week for any information about the tragic shooting that left Venice grief-stricken. Duncan, whose nickname as a singer was ‘Choir Boy,’ was fatally shot in his upper body on June 4 by four men as he was standing on the street in front of his mother’s house.

Investigators believe the attackers were jeering at Duncan’s girlfriend before firing the single shot. Duncan and his girlfriend had just gotten home from Bible study, KTLA reports.
