LSU Campus Evacuated Over Bomb Threat

Louisiana State University campus was evacuated on Monday afternoon after a bomb threat was reported on campus.

The threat was reportedly phoned in to the East Baton Rouge Parish 911 office, sparking a campus-wide alert.

A notice to the campus was posted on Twitter at 12:37 p.m. on Monday, asking students to leave the area and to stay connect via social media and the school’s website for updates.

“Please evacuate the campus as quickly and calmly as possible,” the school said.
