Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell has been convicted of three of four counts of first-degree murder.
Those counts were for three babies who were found to be born and killed outside the womb. Gosnell, 72, is accused of killing a patient and four babies allegedly born alive and then killed with scissors at his clinic in a rundown West Philadelphia neighborhood.
Gosnell was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of the patient, a 41-year-old woman, in 2009.
