Veteran NBA player Lamar Odom was arrested by the California Highway Patrol early Friday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, according to the incident report.
The California Highway Patrol noticed Odom’s white Mercedes SUV “driving in a serpentine manner at 50 mph” on the 101 Freeway around 3:25 a.m. Pacific.
Odom posted bail, set at $15,000, and was released at 8:33 a.m., according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department records. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 27.
The arrest report said Odom, 33, showed “objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated.”
