The Artist Formerly Known As Prince selected a photo of comedian Dave Chappelle dressed as him and holding a plate of pancakes for the cover art of his new single “Breakfast Can Wait.”

The image comes from Chappelle’s Comedy Central show “The Chappelle Show” where he appears in a curly wig, purple ruffled blouse and wearing black eyeliner in order to depict Prince. The 2004 skit was called “Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood Stories – Prince” and it was not only memorable but hilarious.

The 55-year-old singer seems to agree as he posted the cover art on Twitter Friday along with a youtube video including a snippet of the song.

The Purple One officially made his Twitter debut Aug. 13 through his female backing band’s 3rd Eye Girl account and is already posting messages that are hard to ignore.
