Singer Cee Lo Green pleaded not guilty to a felony drug charge Monday.

The Voice judge was charged with furnishing ecstasy, or MDMA, when he met a woman at a sushi restaurant for dinner last year, according to TMZ, though he is no longer facing sexual assault charges filed after the woman said he drugged her drink.

Green, 39, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, only spoke once in during the arraignment to confirm his understanding of his case’s scheduling in court, according to Entertainment Weekly. He’s due back in court on Nov. 20, and if he’s found guilty, he faces four years in prison.

Los Angeles prosecutors reportedly threw out the sexual assault charges based on lack of sufficient evidence. The unidentified woman told police that after Green slipped a drug in her drink, she later woke up naked in bed with him with no recollection of how she got there, TMZ reports.
