Two 15-year-old students were shot and wounded Friday afternoon inside a Philadelphia high school, police report.
The pair, a boy and a girl, were shot with a handgun near the gymnasium about 3:30 p.m. at theDelaware Valley Charter High School in the Olney section of the city.
Police Lt. John Stanford said at a news briefing that each victim was hit once in an arm. They were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Centera, two blocks away, and are listed in stable condition.
Police said the suspect pulled out a gun and opened fire. Security cameras captured the shooting, and police know the suspect’s identity.
