Reality bites for Bethenny Frankel.

The Real Housewife’s daytime talk show, “Bethenny,” was canceled Friday, the victim of mediocre ratings and a glut of competition, with Meredith Vieira set to launch her own entry, first reported.

“We are incredibly proud of the creativity, passion and professionalism Bethenny and her staff brought to daytime each and every day and look forward to finishing out the season with more great original episodes,” a rep for the show’s production company Telepictures said in a statement.

“While we are disappointed not to be able to bring the series back for a second season, we remain convinced that she has a unique voice and that she will continue to be successful in the future.”

Good now she can stop parading RHOA around like her field women making fools of themselves to promote her show.. I never watched her show but I would catch snippets online. I would cringe every time a black woman would use this show as a platform to tear down and publicly humiliate and another black woman. Sadly, “we” will find another media source to continue perpetuating the negative, stereotypical images that are synonymous to Black women.
