Isaiah Washington says fans will be reeling (in a good way) when he returns to “Grey’s Anatomy.” The 50-year-old actor appeared on “Access Hollywood Live,” where he spoke about coming back to the ABC series he left 2007.
“I read the script last night…. The script is so amazing, it will blow you away,” Isaiah, who is also starring on The CW’s “The 100,” told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover.
“Shonda Rimes is genius,” he said of the show’s creator. “I’m unbelievably humble and over the moon with what I read last night.”
In fact, the actor thinks the episode — which is tied to Sandra Oh’s exit from the series — will have a lasting effect.
