The body of a man who appeared to have committed suicide at a D.C. park has been positively identified as Kahlil Tatum, D.C. Police announced Tuesday morning.

Tatum was sought by police in the disappearance of 8-year-old Relisha Rudd, as well as the murder of his wife, who was found shot to death during the search for Relisha. Police say Tatum died of an apparent gunshot wound.
D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier said it will take time to determine how long Tatum’s body has been at the park. She said the area where it was found had been previously searched.

No he didn’t if he didn’t let that girl go first. What if she is somewhere alive and nobody can find her. He should have released that girl or told police where to find her, THEN kill himself.
