In this edition of The Roland Martin Show Audio Podcast, Martin talks #OscarsSoWhite, potential boycott of The Academy Awards and if there is a specific plan of action or vehicle to make demands of Hollywood to increase inclusion as well as opportunities.

Bob Brown, who was instrumental in the development of Operation Breadbasket and he implored grocer A&P to remove Sealtest products not just off store shelves in the Black neighborhoods but off of the counters of every A&P store in Cleveland if Sealtest did not reach an agreement with SCLC and Operation Breadbasket.
Brown shares his views about the #OscarsSoWhite protest and explains boycotting The Academy Awards with no plan of action won’t do anything to fix Hollywood’s diversity/inclusion problem.
Mr. Brown also explained, African Americans in key positions in Hollywood should be setting up meetings with every studio head to confront their blackout.
Brown wrapped his commentary on The Roland Martin Show saying that if the right pressure is applied, we won’t have to keep bringing this issue up.
