Roland Martin talks to Dr. Avis Jones DeWeever, who says President Obama needs to pick a black woman to replace the late Justice Scalia, who died earlier this week.

“It’s not a stretch to say that black women across the country want to see a black woman. There is no excuse not to have a black woman on the court. I really believe they are considering a black woman. They’ve gotten the message after the last appointment. We’re heading into a new election cycle and we have a President that wants to protect his legacy. If he wants to do that he needs to make sure a Democrat follows him,” she said.
