“I defend facts …”

In this edition of The Roland Martin Show Audio Podcast, Martin breaks down the Super Tuesday Primary election results. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump capture the lion’s share of Democratic and Republican delegates from the Super Tuesday primary contests.

Trump’s continued political success seems to be causing the GOP to implode and the Republican party is scrambling trying to figure out what to do with “the evil of Donald Trump.”

Roland Martin discusses Trump playing to bigots in the GOP. According to Martin, the GOP kept their bigoted members hidden and kept them voting for their candidates. Now they have Donald Trump and they don’t have to hide anymore.

Bigoted America’s Reaction To A Black President & White Fear Taking Over America

The Trump phenomenon is a direct result from the nation’s reaction to President Barack Obama, our country’s first Black president. Martin explains the phrase “take our country back,” being thrown around in our political discourse.

The use of the phrase means many in White America are not interested in having a dialogue with African Americans and other minorities about the direction of the nation.

According to Martin, what they are saying is that “we want to go to a time when this thing was really ours, when we ran this sucker, when we determined everything.”
