Do you know your personal value and do you value your time?
In this edition of The Roland Martin Show Audio Podcast, Martin explains why everyone must learn to value themselves. He suggested that listeners view their time in the same of similar fashion as a lawyer does: billable hours.
“Never sell yourself short, never allow somebody to undervalue you,” said Martin. He continued, “The tricky part is understanding your value — it’s being in tune with yourself that to the point that you know exactly what my worth is.”
Martin also explained how listeners should negotiate their salaries with employees and consulting contracts.

Martin asks listeners what is their personal take on the President Barack Obama’s order on transgender use of bathrooms in all public schools in America.
All that and more in this edition of “The Roland Martin Show” Audio Podcast.
