President Donald Trump has yet to sign a promised executive order to investigate his claims of voter fraud.

But during a retreat for Republican members of Congress in Philadelphia on Thursday, Trump continued to espouse the unsubstantiated allegations that fraud occurred during the presidential election, and promised to take action.

Rev. William Barber, president of the North Carolina branch of the NAACP, spoke with Roland Martin about Trump’s lies regarding illegal immigrants voting in the 2016 election.

As part of his first whirlwind week in office, President Donald Trump attended the congressional Republican retreat in Philadelphia to talk about the GOP agenda. But his visit was overshadowed by fallout over his plans to build a wall along the U.S./Mexican border.

Mexico’s President Enrique Peña Nieto canceled his scheduled visit to the United States next week, saying Mexico does not believe in walls and will not be paying for one.

Charges Dropped Against Mother And Daughter In Fort Worth Arrest Video 

Fort Worth Police said the charges that had been pending against the mother and daughter in the case were pulled following new video evidence that surfaced.

Misdemeanor assault charges were filed yesterday against the man accused of assaulting the 7-year-old son of the mother involved. Also, the case involving Officer William Martin, accused of using excessive force, will be handled administratively according to Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald.
