Speaking to a crowd at the Americans for Prosperity Presidential forum in Michigan Saturday, Santorum said he planned to “talk to minority communities, not about giving them food stamps and government dependency, but about creating jobs.”
The Michigan primary is the next key moment in the Republican presidential race and right now, the vote is too-close-to-call, which is not good news for Mitt Romney. CBS News correspondent Chip Reid reports.
